Lisa qualified as a Yoga teacher in Vinyasa flow in March 2018, and her development as a yoga teacher has continued with qualifications with Teen Yoga Foundation, Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga and specialist courses with National Autistic Society. Lisa’s yoga philosophy is to make yoga accessible to everyone, and believes that yoga should be inclusive so that as many people as possible can experience its many benefits physically and emotionally.
